A government mandatory is to take care of people who need some helps and aids. It is not only their fellow countrymen but also other countries people like developing people. Global warming is caused by greenhouse effect which is increased by human activities, and that becomes mainly reasons to developing countries. According to Handwerk(2004) states “Humane activities, burning fossil fuels concentrations by producing these gases(greenhouse gases) faster, have greatly increased than plants and oceans can soak them up”(line 117). This show developed countries have some responsibilities about global warming and that means they have a duty which is to blame for environment refugees. Also, Environment refugees can’t recover by themselves. The situation is getting worse. As Kakissis(2010) explains “…more than 90 percent of the Korail slum’s residents never leave because they cannot save enough money to leave”(para. 22). It means even though ERs endeavor to overcome their misery situation, but they can do that. We have to help them to recover their conditions. The last is that Global warming is not just problems of some specific countries. We are apt to think it isn’t our problem. However, global warming is a problem which is we have to solve together. Because Global warming is caused by rise sea levels. it is influenced by whole countries.
