1. precept
 - A precept is a general rule that helps you to decide how you should behave in particular circumstances.

2. rustle
- When something thin and dry rustles or when you rustle it, it makes soft suounds as it moves.

3. kopeck
- A monetary unit of Russia and Belarus worth one hundredth of a rouble: coins are still used as tokens for coin-operated machinery although the kopeck itself is virtually valueless
